This policy describes how the Blasting Tiles mobile app ("Blasting Tiles", "we", "us") handles information when you play the game. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the app.

1. Information we collect

Blasting Tiles does not require an account and does not ask for personally identifying information such as your name, address, or phone number. The information we (and our advertising partners) may collect automatically while you use the app includes:

  • Device advertising identifier — Google Advertising ID on Android and Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS. On iOS this is only available after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
  • Device & technical info — device model, operating-system version, language, coarse region, mobile carrier, screen size, and app version. Used to deliver ads and diagnose crashes.
  • Approximate IP-based location — never precise GPS coordinates.
  • Ad-interaction events — impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions. Used only for billing and fraud prevention.

2. How we use information

  • To run the game and save your progress on your device.
  • To show banner and interstitial ads that support the app.
  • To measure ad performance and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To diagnose crashes and improve stability.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to build a marketing profile of you outside of the standard ad-personalization signals passed to our ad partners.

3. Advertising & ad networks

Blasting Tiles is ad-supported. We use the following ad SDKs, each with its own privacy policy governing what it collects and how it is used:

These partners may set advertising identifiers, use pixel tags, and combine data across apps and websites in accordance with their own privacy policies. To limit ad personalization system wide, you can enable Opt out of Ads Personalization in Android settings, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track in iOS settings.

4. Local device storage

Your current level, high score, haptics preference, and sound preference are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

5. Sharing of information

The only third parties that receive information from the app are the advertising SDKs listed in section 3. We do not share information with data brokers, and we do not sell information. Ad-network partners may share your advertising identifier and other technical signals with the demand-side platforms that bid on each ad impression.

6. Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at collinskirui23@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
  • Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing.
  • Withdraw consent for ad tracking at any time via your device settings.
  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

8. Data retention

We do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data. Data processed by our ad partners is retained according to those partners' own policies, typically no longer than is necessary for billing, reporting, and fraud detection.

9. Security

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We rely on the security practices of our platform providers (Apple, Google) and our ad partners. If you become aware of a vulnerability, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
